At Oshun Physical Therapy & Pelvic Health, every session is private and 1:1. We start with a thorough evaluation, identify what is driving your symptoms, then build a treatment plan that supports real progress in your daily life.
Whether your goal is to stop leaking, reduce pelvic pain, feel stronger postpartum, or return to exercise with confidence, your care is tailored to you.

Proactive Perinatal Package
For women who want structured pelvic health support during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
1 x 1-hour initial evaluation
4 x 1-hour treatment sessions
Across these five visits, we establish a baseline of pelvic floor and core function, then build a plan to safely restore strength and confidence. Depending on your needs, we may address pregnancy birth prep, postpartum scar support if applicable, diastasis recti evaluation, birth-related trauma support, low back pain, hip pain, and a safe return to exercise.
Birth Prep
Pelvic Physical Therapy During Pregnancy
While your body supports the growth of new life,
we are here to support you.
We understand the specific challenges that come with pregnancy and offer a specialized Birth Prep program.
Good pushing involves a soft, relaxed pelvic floor to allow for easy passage of the baby and a strong abdominal contraction to increase the pressure in the abdomen above the baby and help push the baby down and out.
The most effective pushing position for each woman is different, and some positions will not be possible after an epidural. If you’re interested in assessing your technique and gaining insights on how pelvic floor relaxation, hip and pelvis mobility, and perineal stretching can make all the difference in your birth experience, we would be honored to support you.
Prenatal & Postnatal Assessment
We offer a 36-week prenatal assessment for delivery prep, perineal stretch, and education. Then, you return for a 6-week postnatal pelvic floor/cesarean assessment for treatment and education on how to safely return your body to pre-pregnancy activities.
We seek to make this service expected for all women to receive during and after their pregnancies, as countries do in Europe, where they have more proactive care and less incidence of long-term pregnancy-related injuries.
It would be an honor and privilege to help you along your birth and healing journey.
